DOMESTIC SHIPPING

XTRATEE POLICIES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can expect to receive tracking information via email within 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19, we deliveries are taking longer than usual. 

Shipping Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  

 

Once your order has been dispatched, XtraTee accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

XTRA TEE'S POLICIES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We do not offer cash refunds at this time.  However, if an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go towards your next order once the item has been returned.  

Our policy lasts 14 days.  Items must be unworn and unwashed.  Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non refundable and will be denied.  We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.  

All postage cost for returns must be covered by the customer.  To exchange your items, please return them to :

How do I return something?

  1. we do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go towards your next order once the item has been returned.

What should I do if I received the wrong items? 

  1. We are so sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please contact us via email and we will handle the issue ASAP!

 

What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, Xtra Tee accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided with when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend orders in these circumstances. 

 

How long does shipping take?

  1. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days. This does not include the normal processing time which is 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  1. Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the United States is $5-$11 depending on the weight. However, we do offer free shipping on all US orders over $75!
